| COLOURS: | Requested colours will be matched as close as possible. Please specify pantone colour numbers. |
| CORRECTIONS OR CANCELLATIONS: | An order in process will be subject to cost incurred to date. |

| DROP SHIPMENTS: | Available for credit-approved accounts only, at no extra cost. Shipping labels MUST be supplied. |

| PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE: | Add $50.00 (G) to die charge. Delivery time 3-4 weeks. Speculative samples are not available. |

| REPEAT ORDERS: | No die/set-up charges for exact repeat orders placed within 3 years after last order. |
| RETURN MERCHANDISE: | Merchandise being returned must have our authorization, or it will not be accepted. All claims must be made within ten (10) working days from delivery. |
| RUSH ORDERS: | Orders requiring less than normal delivery time must be confirmed with factory and are subject to a surcharge. |
| SHIPPING INFORMATION: | F.O.B. Richmond, B.C. All freight is prepaid and will be added to the invoice. We ship UPS unless otherwise instructed. Claims for damaged shipment should be handled directly with the carrier. |
| SPLIT SHIPMENTS: | Available at no extra cost. |
| TERMS: | New accounts require a 50% deposit, balance C.O.D. On approved credit, terms are net 30 days. Visa payments accepted. Any invoices outstanding over 45 days automatically revert to C.O.D. on subsequent orders. Overdue accounts are referred for collection. |
| TRADEMARKS: | We bear no responsibility for legal infringements. We assume that customers have the right to use all trademarks, logos, and design sent to us for re-production. |
